CORPUS 'journey through the human body' is all about the wonders of the human body and how to take good care of it.
We are looking for a colleague for the Customer Service department. As a Customer Service and Sales team member, you will be the first point of contact for visitors who contact CORPUS by phone or email. You will help people who want to enjoy a fun day out. In addition, you will proactively approach schools and companies to inform them about and enthuse them for educational visits, meetings, and conferences. You will work in a friendly team where no two days are the same and where your work directly contributes to a positive visitor experience. Does this appeal to you? Then we would like to meet you.
What you will be doing:
- You answer questions from visitors by phone and email.
- You process reservations after telephone or digital contact.
- You will contact schools and companies to support the sales team.
- You perform administrative tasks.
- You listen actively, contribute ideas, and provide clear information and appropriate solutions.

What we ask of you:
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.
- You have a good command of Dutch and English.
- It is beneficial if you are proficient in German, but it is not a requirement.
- You enjoy your work; we consider that more important than your level of education.
- You work accurately and are proficient with the systems we use.
- You have experience in customer service or possess the right attitude and skills.
- You remain calm when dealing with questions or complaints and assist visitors in a friendly and clear manner.
- You are a true team player and support your colleagues in a healthy way.
- You are willing to work on weekends or (partly) on public holidays. We will plan this as conveniently as possible in consultation with you.
