Plan your visit

CORPUS lets you experience a spectacular ‘journey through the human body’ in 55 minutes. This is unique for the Netherlands - and for the world too. Nowhere else do you get such a special close-up into how a human body functions. You learn all about the body, how it works and how to keep it healthy. Lots of exercise, a sensible diet and healthy living: that’s the CORPUS motto!

Guided by an audio tour, available in 8 languages (Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Chinese), you embark on the ‘journey through the human body’ in groups of up to 16 people. It’s like taking a walk through your own body. You enter the body at the knee and at the end of the ‘journey’ you leave it through the brain. Afterwards, you can take your time visiting 'my CORPUS', the interactive part of CORPUS. Here you will find a wealth of information about the human body. There are also lots of fun tests to do and challenging games to play. A visit to CORPUS generally lasts 2½ hours.

Besides the ‘journey through the human body’ and 'my CORPUS', CORPUS has two restaurants where we serve a selection of delicious sandwiches, fresh fruit juices and healthy snacks. In the Shop on the ground floor, you can buy amusing gadgets and interesting books. All on the theme of the human body of course.

You embark on your 'journey through the human body' in groups of up to 16 people. CORPUS works with departure times. On average, 1 group of visitors leaves every 7 to 8 minutes (at 9.30 a.m., 9.38 a.m., 9.45 a.m., etc.). When you book tickets for the 'journey through the human body', you book a specific time. It is important to arrive at least 20 minutes before your departure time. Please take this into account when planning your journey. If you do not book a ticket in advance, they may be sold out or you will have to wait for a long time until a place is available. The minimum age to visit CORPUS is 6 years.

Tickets for the day itself can only be booked by telephone (+31(0)71-7510200). The last 'journey through the human body' depends on the season: on weekdays the last 'journey' starts - except for reserved groups - at 3 pm, during the weekends and on holidays the last 'journey' starts at 5 pm. Additional starting times may become available via the internet during holidays. CORPUS is then opened until 2½ hours after the last 'journey'.

CORPUS uses time slots, so book in time!
