CORPUS Kids Academy – The Poop Factory

Your gut does a lot more than just digest food.

During this edition of the CORPUS Kids Academy, you’ll explore what happens inside your belly. You’ll discover the digestive system, learn about the role of your intestines, and meet the millions of bacteria that live there. Cut, explore, crawl, test, and follow the journey from your mouth to the toilet.

Program

Where is my liver?
Liver, stomach, intestines, and pancreas. You cut, move, and paste until the organs are in the right places. Lift one up and see what’s behind it. Can you put everything in the right place?

The Big Belly Tour
Hop in and follow the path your food takes through your belly. In a little fruit car, you’ll drive past the organs of the digestive system. What role does each organ play along the way?

From Mouth to Butt
Talk to a gastroenterologist and follow the path food takes through your body. Watch demonstrations, conduct experiments, and test your knowledge during the “Heel Holland Kakt” quiz.

Journey Through Your Belly
Walk through a giant intestine that’s as long as 12 meters. Along the way, you’ll come across various parts. Find them, match them to the correct names, and see how many you can recognize.

What Does Your Poop Say?
Shape, color, and consistency: poop doesn't always look the same. Take a look at different types and find out what they can tell you about your gut. For example, what role do fiber, water, and exercise play?

Off to the toilet: Toilet Race
The toilet is waiting, but first you have to go through all the steps. How do you sit properly on the toilet, how do you leave the toilet clean, and do you remember to wash your hands? Follow the route and race to the finish line.
