Do I have to print my tickets? Or may I show them on my smartphone upon entry?

There is no need to print the tickets. They can simply be displayed and scanned on a smartphone upon entry. Just as easy and it saves a lot of paper! When scanning, make sure the screen brightness is set to maximum.

I cannot select the day and/or time I want to visit. Are there no more tickets available?

This can have several causes:

  • 1. The venue is closed. For current opening hours, check the CORPUS ''Journey Through the Human Body'' website.
  • 2. Tickets are sold out. CORPUS works with a maximum number of available tickets, so it is possible that the desired time slot is no longer available. The system always communicates current availability. It is not possible to be placed on a waiting list.
  • 3. Tickets are not yet available to order. Our advice is to keep a regular eye on the ticket aisle.

    I lost my tickets or did not receive my tickets ... what should I do?

    Always check first to make sure the payment was successful and the purchase amount has been debited. It is also possible that the email ended up in the junk mail, spam folder or in another email folder. If the email with the tickets cannot be found, please contact us using the contact information at the bottom of this page.

    I'm not on time for my time slot. What should I do?
