SUPERVISOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The educational attraction "journey through the human body" shows in a unique way how the body works and how important it is to exercise a lot, eat responsibly and live healthy. In addition, CORPUS Congress Centre offers all facilities for meetings, events, congresses, meetings and annually hosts hundreds of business and private events.
JOB CONTENT:
Leading the customer service team and ensuring that the handling of telephone inquiries and reservations as well as inquiries and reservations that come in via email are handled properly and correctly.
TAKEN:
- Supervising customer service colleagues and making the shift schedule;
- Guest-friendly, adequate guidance and information to telephone visitors;
- From 8:30 am to 5:00 pm actively answering the phone and completing bookings and administration;
- Making reservations of telephone bookings;
- Properly answer and acknowledge email messages according to guidelines;
- Communicate failures and deviations to supervisor;
- Being aware of and adhering to all procedures and work arrangements;
- Book reservations for the conferences department;
- Process changes to entries made;
- Create phone list for the next day for the benefit of the hostesses and check with the Internet list for the next day;
- Accurately perform administrative operations;
- Actively participating in departmental consultations;
- Actively participating in training and exercises.
