Sanne Wevers joins CORPUS’s “journey through the human body” leading up to the 2026 World Gymnastics Championships in Rotterdam
Oegstgeest, [May 28, 2026] – Olympic champion Sanne Wevers has become a partner of CORPUS’s “journey through the human body.” The collaboration will culminate in the World Gymnastics Championships in Rotterdam in October 2026, the first time in years that this tournament will be held in the Netherlands. The focus is on an interactive experience within CORPUS, where visitors can tangibly experience Sanne’s athletic achievements and physical discipline. Visitors will soon be able to experience firsthand what elite sports do to the body.
The connection is a matter of substance. At 34 years old, Sanne is preparing for the World Championships, and she views her body not as a means to an end, but as a foundation. The way she trains, recovers, and treats her body plays a major role in this. At this level in particular, small daily choices make a big difference. The fact that a comeback at this level is possible has everything to do with that conscious approach.
CORPUS has been telling that story to its visitors for eighteen years. The educational attraction in Oegstgeest lets visitors interactively experience how the human body works. What Sanne feels every day as a top athlete, visitors can literally experience at CORPUS. The activation campaign that both parties are developing together makes that connection tangible: from top-level athletic performance to the body you carry with you every day.
