CORPUS in Oegstgeest will celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2023. The experience where you go on a journey through the human body opened its doors for the first time on March 14, 2008. Since then, some three million visitors have taken the "journey through the human body. The accompanying conference center is also visited by thousands every year.

Everyone knows the image of the giant seated human figure along the A44. By now it is so familiar that you almost forget that there is something extraordinary going on inside it every day. Every year here, 200,000 people from all over the world learn about the wonders of the human body and how to take good care of it.

Festive annual program

CORPUS does not want its third anniversary to go unnoticed. The festive year will start with a neighborhood party for residents of Oegstgeest, Leiden and the rest of the region. After that, several specials and activities are planned.

In addition to the festivities, CORPUS is also opening a second branch in the Chinese port city of Ma'anshan this year. There are also plans for a CORPUS in Orlando in the United States.

CORPUS founder Henri Remmers wants the expansion to draw even more attention to the wonders of the human body. "Healthy living is important for everyone; knowledge plays a big part in this," he says.
