CORPUS processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you have provided us with these data yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process:
Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at avg@corpusexperience.nl and we will delete this information.

- Sending you our newsletters
- Being able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary for us to be able to provide our services

- Making commercial offers for our services and products
- Orders via the online webshop

CORPUS does not make any decisions based on automated processing about matters which could (significantly) affect people.
How long we keep personal data:
CORPUS will not retain your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected. Each year the relevance and necessity will be reviewed.

We process all personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Sharing of personal data with third parties:
CORPUS will not share your personal data with third parties unless this is necessary in order to comply with a possible statutory obligation.
CORPUS makes use of external service providers who process your details on our behalf to be able to provide you with our services. We will conclude a processing agreement with these processors to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your details. CORPUS will remain responsible for this processing.

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data modification or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to avg@corpusexperience.nl.
To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please anonymize your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
CORPUS would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Netherlands Data Protection Authority. This can be done via https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

CORPUS takes the protection of your data very seriously and we take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes.
